This letter will attest to the excellent service and courtesy extended to me in work on the electric lift system on my Coleman E2 folding trailer.

At the insistence of my insurance company, I had take the unit to Phoenix area "mega-dealer". After several weeks and several thousand dollars, the unit was still inoperative.

At Little Dealer the service professionals diagnosed the trouble and repaired it in just 2-3 days. The "mega-dealer" had left off an important thrust bearing so the drive system was jamming under the load.

So, my deepest admiration and thanks go to Little Dealer, Mike and Marv, for their excellent diagnostic skills, efficient service and courteous attitude.

The trailer we bought is perfect for our first few years of camping while our kids are young (3 -6).

It is not often that you receive outstanding service in this day of "Customer No Service". Where you are insulted and belittled, most service companies give you that "take it or leave it" attitude. In these places you are not a customer but just another problem to deal with and not an opportunity.

We came into your office last week and were pleasantly surprised with a receptionist that had a smile and sincerely asked if she could help us. With that initial greeting and her warm smile she made us believe that we were welcome.

We were introduced to you (Vicki), your winning smile and actually listened to what we wanted. Not some one telling us what we should have. You listened with sincerity and your ability of small tak to get to know us and we to know you, we were instantly at ease and knew we had found the place and product we were looking for and your people's interest in doing their vest to fitus and the product together. You made us feel qualified that Mike could handle a fifth wheeler with his pickup based on facts not blue sky.

The picture was taken in Flagstaff August 15th 2009, 10 miles west of I-17 on I-40. This was our first trip in our trailer. The weather was perfect and we had a lot of fun getting to know Big Al (trailer). I only fell off the steps coming out of the trailer once, the smoke detector did stop beeping (once we removed the batteries) after we turned the heat on for the first time, I finally found out how to light the stove without singeing off eyebrows, we did manage to get the truck and trailer unhitched so we could collect firewood and we did finally figure out how to roll the awning back up when it was time to leave. We call these our growing pains. It was a great trip for us and we have used the trailer twice since then and have one more trip planned for this year. I have even learned how to tow Big Al (including backing up). He is the best purchase I have made in quite some time. Thank you for working with me and making my outdoor adventures more enjoyable.

This letter is long overdue but the service I received at the Deer Valley location was so outstanding that here I am almost a year later still thinking about how I need to let you know how wonderful two of your employees are! We purchased our Travel Trailer at the Deer Valley location about a year ago and were lucky enough to have Chris Herz do our walk thru with us at pick up. He was very knowledgable as well as patient. This is our first RV and we had MANY questions, all of which were answered thoroughly. I then spent time going through the store with Phillip Mayse, who gave me some great product recommendations and tips. While he was helping me a billigerant couple kept hounding him to help them first as they needed some things and had planned their time poorly for making it up to Alaska. Phillip very calmly asked them to wait until he was finished with me as I was there first. He really maintained his professional demeanor while dealing with the incredibly rude people, I was very impressed. A few months later we were having an issue the water heater and were happy to find these two on duty when we pulled in, as it turned out we just needed to reset it, as I said we're first timers! Phillip and Chris (& Pat) were so helpful! We live way out in Buckeye and there are other places much closer that we could take our trailer for service but we are customers for life of the deer valley location as long as Chris Herz and Phillip Mayse are there to help us out!

I picked up a classic Scamp trailer during the recent heat wave in Phoenix. (This was from a private sale, not through Little Dealer.) I needed to have the bearings checked and despite having a very full schedule they worked me in right away, cleaned and repacked the bearings and found the correct seals and had me on my way. I got my trailer out last weekend preparing for a trip this weekend. Turned on the fridge, went through the start up and got a error code flashed at me. Panicked, I called your store on Deer Valley, Monday morning and talked to Michelle. She said to bring it in but no one would be able to look at it till Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon I called and spoke with Phillip Mayse, he told me it he had a 2-3 week back log but would see what he could do. What He did was step up to the plate and hit a homer for me. He had my trailer repaired and I picked it up Wednesday afternoon, saving my trip that my family had planned for 6 months (campground reservations). He and his staff are to be commended for OUTSTANDING/QUALITY customer service, that is, I am sorry to say so lacking by many businesses today. I found my original buying experience to be a good one, and now my encounter with your service personnel to be a GREAT ONE. I will take my business no where else. A letter of simple thank you and gratitude is in my opinion not nearly enough recognition of acknowledgment deserving to these gentlemen (Joseph, Phil, Gary, Tom, Chris and other technicians who assisted).

Although I came to your dealership for a SuperGlide hitch installation due to a purchase of new(er) truck and a (used) SuperGlide hitch, it quickly became apparent costly modifications would be needed to my 1992 5th Wheel's king box. With each new part needed, both Joseph and Phil were not only knowledgeable with the necessary parts, repairs and cost estimations, but compassionate to my concerns and financial limitations.

Although I could write a short story on my handful of visits and phone calls to your dealership, I will highlight a few highly appreciative events. On one of my attempts to pick up my rig and carry on my way, Gary assisted me with the hitching of the truck and rig as this was my first experience with the SuperGlide hitch. During the hitching process, it was discovered that the hitch had difficulty closing its jaws and took several attempts to function correctly. In spite of the fact that it was after 5pm, on a gruelingly HOT Friday June evening, Gary went above and beyond what I would have expected from a typical technician in ensuring the hitch was property lubricated and hitched correctly. Additionally other technicians stepped in to assist. Upon successful hitching, and through a series of safety checks, there appeared to be no trailer brakes which meant leaving the rig at your dealership. After some corrections to the truck by my automotive dealership, I returned to Little Dealer Little Prices to finally ..collect my rig and leave just in time for a Fourth of July camping trip to the north country. Throughout the extremely frustrating, temper-testing and often times disappointing attempts to drive away with my newly modified rig (new king box, raised suspension, axle corrections, alignment, new tires, brake rewiring to name a few) your crew was always pleasant, respectful and most of all compassionate to my needs. A special thank you to Joseph and Phil as they are your front end guys and do an outstanding job! Please take a moment to personally call out gratitude of thanks and spotlight their performance.
