There were some issues with the RV (from the manufacture) and they were very helpful and accommodating for trying to get them fixed for us. They listened to what we needed and wanted. Joy was super helpful (internet salesperson). She helped us get the trailer we wanted. The process was a bit slow, but I understand they are extremely busy right now. There was a bit of a delay with returning calls and email. The show room is awesome!
